Plasticity nieembrionalnych stem cells is one of the most controversial issues of modern biology and experimental medicine . The idea that stem cells can be targeted tissue -differentiate , giving rise to stem cells of other tissues and organs, presents both hope to develop new therapeutic strategies in medicine regeracyjnej just using these cells for treatment , on the other, is an important argument in contributing to the slowdown research into the use of a similar order of embryonic cells . The work will be presented briefly authors own view on the phenomenon of stem cell plasticity nieembrionalnych . We will present the results of research , showing the possibility of cardiac stem cells in the body, współzawodniczaących of common niches in the tissues. The fact that in peripheral tissues may be a heterogeneous population of early stem cells targeted for different tissues and narzaądów translates the artifacts in a series of studies which show so . nieembrionalnych stem cell plasticity . Cells targeted tissue , although they do not have the capacity of transdifferentiation into other stem cells , however, are an important source of regenerative processes (e.g., the hematopoietic system , skin , liver ) . Therefore, optimization of their isolation and to develop methods for ex vivo expansion cultures is an important challenge to experimental medicine .
