This article describes some of Rab proteins with their eight subfamilies ( RAB1 , Rab3 , Rab4 , Rab5 , Rab6 , Rab7 , Rab9 and Rab11 ) of different cell types . A wide review of the literature has collected information on the expression and localization of several dozen isoforms and isotypes Rab - products paralogous genes resulting from duplication of genomes. They are involved in the endo- and exocytosis , transport between the various compartments , intracellular signaling , cell proliferation and differentiation by odziaływaniu with different effectors and motor proteins .
