The cause of proteinuria in idiopathic nephrotic syndromes in children is increased permeability of the glomerular filtration barrier following the action of immune and non-immune . Podocytes , thanks to specific proteins of the cytoskeleton ( cytokeratin , vimentin , actin ) and particles stabilizing their intracellular organization (complex podokaliksyna - ezryna - On exchanger regulatory factor -H - actin , synaptopodin ) and proteins films fissured ( podocyn , nephrin ) are responsible for the proper filtration process in the glomerulus . Elements of the filter membrane may be damaged in inflammatory processes . Particular importance is given to inflammatory cytokines (including endothelial growth factor , VEGF ) and lectins (e.g. galectin -1). Furthermore , morphologically immature glomeruli may be characterized by impaired filtration , which may in turn cause proteinuria refractory to treatment in children. The paper presents current views on the importance of wymienionychbiałek in the pathogenesis , course and prognosis teams nephrotic children .
