REGULATION OF DIFFERENTIATION AND PROLIFERATION IN IMMUNOCOMPETENT CELLS, CYTOKINES AND GROWTH FACTORS SECRETION IN NEOPLASM DISEASE AND ROLE SUPPRESSION OF CARCINOGENESIS AND TUMOR GROWTH IN MECHANISM OF SOCS/CIS FAMILY ACTIVATION

Regulatory proteins SOCS 1-7 (suppressors of cytokine signaling), CIS (cytokine-inducible SH 2 protein) and other intracellular molecules such as JAKs (Janus tyrosine kinases), STATs family (signal transducers and activators of transcription), which participate in immunological response, could influence differentiation and proliferation, cell apoptosis, cell-cycle progression, cytokines and growth factors secretion by regulation of proper genes which determine these process in neoplasm cells and blood cells.

REGULATION OF CELL-CYCLE PROCESS, CELL APOPTOSIS, CYTOKINES AND ADHESION MOLECULES PRODUCTION IN LYMPHOCYTES T AND OTHER BLOOD CELLS AND NEOPLASM CELLS IN MECHANISM OF TOLL-LIKE RECEPTORS AND TRANSCRIPTION NUCLEAR FACTOR NF-κB FAMILY ACTIVATION

Toll-like receptors (TLRs), TNF receptor (TNF-R), NF-κB and the nuclear factor NF-κB family could influence cell-cycle progression, cell apoptosis, cytokines and adhesion molecules by regu- lation of proper genes which determine these process in neoplasm cells and blood cells. The aim of this study was to introduce the latest knowledge of the nuclear factor NF-κB family role in oncogenesis and neoplasm progression.
